Refund Policy

Platinum Agency Group operates a strict refund policy due to the bespoke and high-demand nature of our luxury concierge services.
1. Service Fees All Platinum Agency Group service and management fees are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or the mandate has been accepted.
2. Third-Party Bookings & Events Refunds for third-party services (hotels, flights, private villa rentals, etc.) are governed exclusively by the terms and conditions of the respective providers. Please note: Tickets for global events (e.g., Monaco Grand Prix, Cannes Film Festival) are strictly non-refundable once secured.
3. Cancellations If a bespoke service is cancelled before execution, a partial refund or credit for future services may be considered at the sole discretion of Platinum Agency Group, minus any administrative costs incurred.
4. No-Shows & Last Minute Changes No refunds or credits will be issued for missed bookings, no-shows, or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service.
5. Exceptional Circumstances Platinum Agency Group reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances.
